I was disappointed as the vitamins did not seem to work for me, contrary to the numerous positive reviews. Instead of improvement, I found myself becoming ill more frequently and old sores resurfaced. It feels like a waste of time and money, and I was surprised by the praise from others. My friend experienced no effect either.
